1) Vegan diet is not healthy in some ways. Many studies show and even confessions by vegans and ex-vegans, that vegans have higher rate of certain health problems than people who eat meat. Vegans suffer higher rate of mental disorders, mental retardation, menstrual problem for women, stunted growth and underweight for children and infants, bone fracture, and lost of teeth/bone density, and many more.
2) Eating meat is very healthy. All the countries with world's longest life expectancy are ones with much higher per capita animal protein consumption when compared to other countries especially those among world's shortest life expectancy.
People who live past 100 are mostly meat eaters.
Traditionally Inuit ate mostly raw meat from mostly ocean animals and some land animals, their health condition was reported by many doctors as excellent, very low rate of cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, etc. But since Inuit started eating more plant based western foods such as bread, rice, sugar, flour, pasta, potato, vegetables and fruits their health went bad!
Today there are still Inuit who stick to eating only traditional raw meat diet and no western plant based foods, their health is much better than their fellow Inuit who eat a western plant based diet.
Among Inuit smokers and alcohol drinkers, the ones who eat plenty of raw meat have better health than those who eat no or little of it.
Science has proven the traditional Inuit raw meat diet is a healthy diet. It is not perfect, it does lack certain nutrients but that can easily be taken care of naturally without taking any supplements.
The top two countries with longest life expectancy in the world have very high per capita animal protein consumption, they are Hong Kong (longest) and Japan (second longest). Both countries have high per capita sea fish, seafood and pork consumptions. Japan's per capita eggs consumption is either world's highest or second highest, depends on data source. Hong Kong per capita meat consumption is world highest.
It's a fact that processed meat is harmful, but that is not caused by meat itself but it's the chemicals such as sodium nitrite that factories put into the meat, also the meats aren't fresh they are poor quality meat.
Mongolia, a country with open wild grassland that raise Yak buffaloes in organic free range style, has very high per capita meat consumption. The country has very low colon cancer rate and diabetes rate, they are among the very lowest in the world!
It's true that Mongolia has short average life span, but that is due to half of its population live in crowded and highly polluted capital city where they burn coal for cooking and heat. The Mongolians who live in the open wild grassland have long life span.
Despite Mongolians' average life span is shorter than that in HK and Japan, theirs is longer than vegans in India.
3) Fish die naturally even if they didn't get killed by other fish. Small fish such as sardines are super healthy, they breed fast and in large numbers. They are not contaminated because of their short life time. Fish is proven to provide excellent health
benefits for humans. Hong Kong and Japan have very high per capita ocean fish consumption, those two countries have world's longest life span and highest IQ. Fish oil and fish protein are known super brain food!
