Cut Down Sugar and All Carbs, They're Not Healthy

Sugar and all carbs even the complex carbs should be avoided. It's OK to eat a little bit of carb in the forms of whole grains and beans, but definitely avoid all simple carbs like sugar (all kinds of sugar including brown sugar, honey, fruit sugar), white flour (wheat, rice, potato) and corn starch, potato, pasta, and rice.

Meat contains very little carb, your body can convert fat and protein into blood sugar only when needed. Rarely someone has problem converting fat and protein into sugar inside the body, it causes hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), in such case special holistic approach is needed, even for people with hypoglycemia they have to be careful with carb consumption, because too much can cause them diabetes.

United Nations official dietary and health condition data from all countries worldwide show the countries with high meat consumption but low carb consumption have lower diabetes rate and longer life span.

The main reason most person are overweight is they consumed too much calories, even if the person is physically active can still put on weight. Some overweight are physically active, always working in garden and at home, the problem with them is they consumed too many calories mostly from plant based foods that are rich in carb.

Carb is sugar which turns into fat when too much carb is consumed. Overweight people can easily lose weight just by stop eating plant based carbs.

The main cause of obesity in the world is over-consumption of carb mostly in the forms of sugar, grains and grain flour. Carb is notoriously known to cause cancer, diabetes, hear disease, cardiovascular disease and many other health problems.

Meat on the other hand has very little carb. Meat has fats, but those fats include good healthy fats such as monounsaturated and omega-3 EPA/DHA like that in sea fish.

Pork is rich in monounsaturated fat, the same fat found in olive oil! That's why people used to eat pig lard before vegetable oil became popular had low heart and cardiovascular problems, only when people started eating vegetable oils their health became worst. Vegetable oils such as palm oil, canola oil, soy oil, corn oil and sunflower oil are bad due to their fast oxidation.

Hydrogenated vegetable oil and palm oil that commonly found in junk snack foods are even worst.

Meat easily makes a person feels full, but sugar and carb on the other hand make people wanted to eat more.
