Best diet is a well balanced omnivore diet consists of organic red meat with just a little bit of fat, small fish like sardine from ocean, organic milk, organic eggs, organic green vegetables, organic whole fruits (but not too much at a time especially with meal that contains other carbs. No juice.), just a bit of organic whole grains (not too much), organic legumes (very well cooked, drink a lot of water, and take apple cider vinegar or digestive enzymes for digestion), organic REAL olive oil (no refined vegetable oil, get real oils from nuts and seeds). The diet must supply only enough good calories for the individual person as required, no more no less. All foods should be non-GMO and unprocessed.
