It's a total myth that eating more produce such as vegetables, fruits, legumes and grains is optimal for health, and eating plenty of meat is bad for health and causes cancer, nothing further from the truth. I used to fall for those myths, after I did tons of researches and collected tons of official data, the conclusion is it's more important to eat more animal based foods than plant based foods.
Myth: meat causes cancer and heart disease.
Truth: Arctic Inuit's traditional diet is over 90% natural raw meat, their diet has highest percentage of meat and animal fat in the world. Inuit who eat such traditional diet have excellent health. Inuits ate mostly meats from both land and sea sources before White men introduced plant based foods to the Arctic. Inuit who ate traditional mostly meat diet had excellent health index, probably best in the world, they had extremely low rate of cancer, heart disease, cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, even their life expectancy was among highest in the world if not for the hazardous environment they live in, their main cause of early deaths was injuries due to accidents and freezing cold weather most of the year.
I must point out that Inuit diet contains plenty of meats from seawater source, such as sea fish and sea mammals, their meats have good balance of various different fats which are excellent for health.

Vegan Diet Lacks Important Nutrients
Dietary intake and nutritional status of young vegans and omnivores in Sweden.
Vegans had dietary intakes lower than the average requirements of riboflavin, vitamin B-12, vitamin D, calcium, and selenium.
Intakes of calcium and selenium remained low even with the inclusion of dietary supplements.
CONCLUSION:
The dietary habits of the vegans varied considerably and did not comply with the average requirements for some essential nutrients.

Higher Bone Fracture Risk in Vegans
Comparative fracture risk in vegetarians and nonvegetarians in EPIC-Oxford.
CONCLUSIONS:
In this population, fracture risk was similar for meat eaters, fish eaters and vegetarians. The higher fracture risk in the vegans appeared to be a consequence of their considerably lower mean calcium intake. An adequate calcium intake is essential for bone health, irrespective of dietary preferences.

Vitamin B-12 Benefits Cardiovascular Health
Nutrients. 2014 Aug; 6(8): 3259–32
Vegan Diet, Subnormal Vitamin B-12 Status and Cardiovascular Health
Metabolic vitamin B-12 deficiency is prevalent in vegetarians and, in particular, in vegans. Those subjects with normal or relatively high salt intake may be associated with unhealthy early vascular changes in function and structure, which have not been well documented in the past. In individuals with subnormal vitamin B-12 status, vitamin B-12 supplementation may significantly improve such vascular changes. Regular monitoring of vitamin B-12 profile may thus be beneficial for early detection and treatment of metabolic vitamin B-12 deficiency, and possibly prevention of atherosclerosis-related diseases.
Vegetarians, in particular vegans in India and China, have a high prevalence of metabolic vitamin B-12 deficiency.
Restriction or exclusion of all animal food, including dairy and egg products, in strict vegans may result in lower intake of vitamin B-12, and subsequently metabolic vitamin B-12 deficiency and adverse vascular surrogates (brachial FMD and carotid IMT).
Vegetarian diets are protective for cardiovascular risk and events. Vegan diets are more protective compared with lacto-ovo-vegetarian diets for body mass index, and prevalence of diabetes mellitus, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. However, in cohorts with normal or relatively high salt intake and subnormal vitamin B12 status, such as in Chinese vegans, there is an adverse impact of vegan diets on atherosclerosis surrogates (arterial endothelial function and carotid intima-media thickness), which is potentially ameliorable by vitamin B-12 supplementation. Whether this benefit could be extended to other vegans with lower salt intake and better blood pressure profiles will remain to be confirmed.
Hence vegetarians in particular vegans need to be advised to carefully plan their diets, and to monitor their plasma vitamin B-12 on a more regular basis, to facilitate early detection of low vitamin B-12 status, and if necessary to take vitamin B-12 fortified food, B-12 supplementation, or milk products
there are few data concerning the possible cardiovascular effects of a vegan diet (with no meat, dairy or egg products). Vitamin B-12 deficiency is highly prevalent in vegetarians; this can be partially alleviated by taking dairy/egg products in lact-ovo-vegetarians. However, metabolic vitamin B-12 deficiency is highly prevalent in vegetarians in Australia, Germany, Italy and Austria, and in vegans (80%) in Hong Kong and India, where vegans rarely take vitamin B-12 fortified food or vitamin B-12
supplements. Similar deficiencies exist in northern Chinese rural communities consuming inadequate meat, egg or dairy products due to poverty or dietary habits. Vascular studies have demonstrated impaired arterial endothelial function and increased carotid intima-media thickness as atherosclerosis surrogates in such metabolic vitamin B-12 deficient populations, but not in lactovegetarians in China. Vitamin B-12 supplementation has a favourable impact on these vascular surrogates in Hong Kong vegans and in underprivileged communities in northern rural China. Regular monitoring of vitamin B-12 status is thus potentially beneficial for early detection and treatment of metabolic vitamin B-12 deficiency in vegans, and possibly for prevention of atherosclerosis-related diseases.
Toohey et al. reported that cardiovascular risk factors are more favourable in African-American vegans, compared with lacto-ovo-vegetarians, with significantly lower body mass index (24.7 ± 1.9 vs. 26.4 ± 0.45 kg/m2), lower total cholesterol (3.75 ± 0.12 vs. 4.51 ± 0.1 mmol/L), and lower low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels (2.06 ± 0.13 vs. 2.65 ± 0.09 mmol/L), p < 0.0

Probiotic-containing yoghurt improves mood and cognition
Impact of consuming a milk drink containing a probiotic on mood and cognition.
CONCLUSIONS:
The consumption of a probiotic-containing yoghurt improved the mood of those whose mood was initially poor. This improvement in mood was not, however, associated with an increased frequency of defaecation.

Fermented Milk Product With Probiotic Helps Brain Functions
Consumption of Fermented Milk Product With Probiotic Modulates Brain Activity
Gastroenterology. 2013 Jun; 144(7): 10.1053/j.gastro.2013.02.043.
In healthy women, chronic ingestion of a fermented milk product with probiotic resulted in robust alterations in the response of a widely distributed brain network to a validated task probing attention to negative context. FMPP intervention-related changes during the task were widespread, involving activity reductions in brain regions belonging to a sensory brain network (primary interoceptive and somatosensory cortices, and precuneus), as well as frontal, prefrontal, and temporal cortices,
parahippocampal gyrus, and the PAG. In addition, FMPP ingestion was associated with connectivity changes within a PAG centered resting-state network that included interoceptive, affective, and prefrontal regions. Based on reported findings in rodent studies, one might speculate that these changes are either induced by altered vagal afferent signaling to the NTS and connected brain regions via the PAG, or by systemic metabolic changes related to FMPP intake.36,54 These changes were not
observed in a nonfermented milk product of identical taste, thus the findings appear to be related to the ingested bacteria strains and their effects on the host.
In addition to their well-characterized local effects on the gut epithelium, gut immune function, and on the enteric nervous system, long-distance effects of the micro-biota on the liver, adipose tissue, and brain have been reported.

Pakistan Meat Eaters Healthier than India Vegans & Vegetarians
India has been a vegan nation for many centuries, its people eat very little modern processed junk foods because modern junk foods are relatively expensive there, their diet is most vegan, not even lacto-ovo-vegetarian. There has been plenty of evidences and statistics from India showing vegans have shorter life span and poorer health index than compared to neighbor nation such as Pakistan, a country that's poorer and less developed than India. Most people in Pakistan eat meat, about double the per capita amount in India, as a result of eating meat, Pakistan has less coronary heart disease and diabetes.
World Health Organization says when comparing India to Pakistan, India has 22% higher rate of Cardiovascular Diseases Death, and 24% higher Mortality Probability due to cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, or chronic respiratory disease.
Cardiovascular Diseases Death Rate, Both sexes Age-standardized mortality rate by cause (per 100 000 population); 2012 WHO data:
India 337.6

Vegetarians & Vegans Have Poorer Health, Report by Austrian Medical University
Nutrition and Health – The Association between Eating Behavior and Various Health Parameters: A Matched Sample Study
Institute of Social Medicine and Epidemiology, Medical University Graz, Graz, Austria
Conclusions Our study has shown that Austrian adults who consume a vegetarian [vegan] diet are less healthy (in terms of cancer, allergies, and mental health disorders), have a lower quality of life, and also require more medical treatments.
Overall, our findings reveal that vegetarians [vegans] report poorer health, follow medical treatment more frequently, have worse preventive health care practices, and have a lower quality of life.
Our results have shown that vegetarians [vegans] report chronic conditions and poorer subjective health more frequently.
When analyzing the frequency of chronic diseases, we found significantly higher cancer incidence rates in vegetarians [vegans] than in subjects with other dietary habits. This is in line with previous findings, reporting that evidence about cancer rates, abdominal complaints, and all-cause mortality in vegetarians [vegans] is rather inconsistent.
Vegetarians [vegans] in our study suffer significantly more often from anxiety disorder and/or depression. Additionally, they have a poorer quality of life in terms of physical health, social relationships, and environmental factors. Moreover, the use of health care differs significantly between the dietary habit groups in our study. Vegetarians [vegans] need more medical treatment than subjects following another form of diet. However, this might be due to the number of chronic conditions, which is higher in subjects with a vegetarian [vegan] diet.

National Geographic says:
As it has since 1980, a spurring point for the economy, Hong Kong consumes more meat per person—both calorically and in weight—than any other nation. At 695 grams per day, people in Hong Kong eat 60% more meat than the meat-eaters in New Zealand.
Hong Kong’s diet has changed drastically in the last 50 years, with the average person eating more grams of meat per day than any other food group.
South Korea experienced a rapid shift in diets beginning in the 1970s. As more animal products and produce were added to the plate, the proportion of calories earned from grains dropped from 76% to 43%.

Japan consumes more seafood per person than all other types of meat combined.
HK people eat almost 40% more meat than Americans, often they eat meats such as Chinese BBQ pork, pork belly, pig feet, all these are high in fat. One thing HK people eat quite a lot are seafood and sea fish which are known to provide protection against diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer and more.
Up until 1970's HK people had shorter life expectancy and poorer health index than Americans, back then HK people ate lesser amount of red meat than Americans. Year by year dietary statistics show as HK people ate more red meat and seafood the longer increase in their life expectancy and better health index, as Americans eat lesser red meat the slower increase in life expectancy and their health index gets worst.
In Okinawa, as Okinawan increased eating more pork in the period from 1950's to 1990's the longer increase in life expectancy, but as Okinawan slowed down increase of pork consumption their life expectancy also slowed down in increase.
Nagano, another prefecture in Japan, had less pork consumption than Okinawa before 1990's, but as Nagano increased pork consumption, its life expectancy also increased to the point that it's now Japan's national longest. Nagano replaced Okinawa in longest life expectancy. Nagano's health index is among the best nationally.
Most junk foods are made from all plant sources such as: sugar (from plant), palm oil (from plant), vegetable oil (from plant) wheat flour (from plant).
Sugar, vegetable oil and refined flour are all plant based, these are the most common main ingredients in junk foods. Palm oil is often listed as vegetable oil because it's from plants. Processed palm oil is very bad for health and so are sugar and refined flour. Most junk foods have too high sugar and oil contents, these two things are responsible for many health problems, these two things are NOT from animals, they are 100% from plants.

What Does Bible Say About Sabbath
The observance of special day is a sign of weakness, childishness and lack of development. It is very plain to see that Father in Heaven doesn’t want Christians to observe a certain day more special than other days. To the Christians there is no special holy day. Every day is holy day for the children of Yahuwah. Every day is holy.
Colossians 2
16 So do not let anyone say you are wrong about what you eat or drink, or about a feast, or a special holy day or a Sabbath.
Colossians 2
22 All such things are gone as soon as they are used. These are laws made and taught by men.
23 These [old] laws look as if they are good laws. They make a show of doing things for Yahuwah. They make people humble themselves in some way. They make people control their bodies in certain ways. But they have no power to keep people from doing all the wrong things they want to do.
Galatians 4
10-11 It worries me that you follow teachings about special day, month, season, or year. I fear that my work for you has been wasted.
Colossians 3
2 Think about the things that are in heaven, not about things that are on earth.
3 Your old life died with Messiah Yahusuwah and your new life is kept with Messiah in Elohim Yahuwah.
Colossians 2
8 See to it that nobody enslaves you with philosophy and foolish deception, which conform to human traditions and the way the world thinks and acts rather than Messiah.
16 So don’t let anyone judge you about eating or drinking or about a festival, a new moon observance, or sabbaths.
17 These religious practices are only a shadow of what was coming—the body that cast the shadow is Christ.
Colossians 2
8 Don’t let anyone fool you by means of Jewish gnosis [laws and philosophy] and deception. These arguments may sound wise, but they are only human teachings. They come from the powers of this world and not from Christ.

27 When they had brought them, they stood them before the council, and the high priest questioned them, 28 saying, “We gave you strict orders not to teach [Christianity] in this name. Look, you have filled Jerusalem with your [Christian] teaching, and you intend to bring this man’s blood on us!”
29 But Peter and the apostles replied, “We must obey Father in Heaven rather than people.
30 The Almighty Creator of our forefathers raised up Yahusuwah, whom you seized and killed by hanging him on a tree. 31 Father in Heaven exalted him to his right hand as Leader and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.
32 And we are witnesses of these events, and so is the Holy Spirit whom Father in Heaven has given to those who obey him.”
33 Now when they heard this, they became furious and wanted to execute them.
34 But a Pharisee whose name was Gamaliel, a teacher of the law who was respected by all the people, stood up in the council and ordered the men to be put outside for a short time.
35 Then he said to the council, “Men of Israel, pay close attention to what you are about to do to these men.
36 For some time ago Theudas rose up, claiming to be somebody, and about four hundred men joined him. He was killed, and all who followed him were dispersed and nothing came of it.
37 After him Judas the Galilean arose in the days of the census, and incited people to follow him in revolt. He too was killed, and all who followed him were scattered.
38 So in this case I say to you, stay away from these men [Christians] and leave them alone, because if this plan or this undertaking originates with people, it will come to nothing,
39 but if it is from Almighty, you will not be able to stop them, or you may even be found fighting against Almighty.” He convinced them,

Nobel Prize Laureate Linus Pauling & His Vitamin C Research
Despite the hospital knows exactly when a cancer patient will die, it still doesn't allow of large doses of vitamin C which was proven by Nobel Prize Laureate, Linus Pauling, who won a Nobel Prize in Chemistry, another the Peace Prize, He is the only person awarded two unshared Nobel Prizes, he is one of only four individuals to have won more than one Nobel Prize (the others being Marie Curie, John Bardeen, and Frederick Sanger).
Linus Carl Pauling (February 28, 1901 – August 19, 1994) was an American chemist, biochemist, peace activist, author, and educator. He published more than 1200 papers and books, of which about 850 dealt with scientific topics. New Scientist called him one of the 20 greatest scientists of all time, and as of 2000, he was rated the 16th most important scientist in history.
Pauling was one of the founders of the fields of quantum chemistry and molecular biology.
In his later years he promoted orthomolecular medicine, megavitamin therapy, dietary supplements, nuclear disarmament, and taking large doses of vitamin C, none of which have gained acceptance in the mainstream scientific community.
He was first introduced to the concept of high-dose vitamin C by biochemist Irwin Stone in 1966. After becoming convinced of its worth, Pauling took 3 grams of vitamin C every day to prevent colds. Excited by his own perceived results, he researched the clinical literature and published Vitamin C and the Common Cold in 1970. He began a long clinical collaboration with the British cancer surgeon Ewan Cameron in 1971 on the use of intravenous and oral vitamin C as cancer therapy for terminal patients. Cameron and Pauling wrote many technical papers and a popular book, Cancer and Vitamin C, that discussed their observations. Pauling made vitamin C popular with the public and eventually published two studies of a group of 100 terminal patients that claimed vitamin C increased survival by as much as four times compared to untreated patients.

Christian Bible on Eating Meat
1 Timothy 4
4 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to evil spirits, and doctrines of demon;
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
3 Some will oppose traditional marriage [supporting same sex marriage], *some will sought others to abstain from meats which Father in Heaven hath created to be received
with thanksgiving* of them which believe and know the truth.
4 For *every creature of Father in Heaven is good [for food], and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving*:
5 For it is sanctified by the word of Father in Heaven and prayer.
6 If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Messiah Yahusuwah, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.
7 But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto holiness.
Colossians 2
16 *So do not let anyone say you are wrong about what you eat or drink, or about a feast, or a special holy day or a Sabbath*.
21 I mean *laws like this: "Do not touch that. Do not eat this. Do not put your hand on that*."
*1 Corinthians 10*
25 Eat anything sold in the meat market without raising questions of conscience,
26 for, “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.”
27 If an unbeliever invites you to a meal and you want to go, eat whatever is put before you without raising questions of conscience.

Leafy greens main culprit in food poisoning, U.S. study finds
Leafy greens main culprit in food poisoning, U.S. study finds leafy greens such as lettuce and spinach as the leading source of food poisoning. Each year roughly one in six Americans — or 48 million people — gets sick from food poisoning. That includes 128,000 hospitalization and 3,000 deaths, according to previous CDC estimates.
About one in five illnesses were linked to leafy green vegetables — more than any other type of food. And nearly half of all food poisonings were attributed to produce in general, when illnesses from other fruits and vegetables were added in.
One in 20 supermarket salads could contain E.coli strain O157. The strain of E.coli found can cause severe gastroenteritis.
E.coli O157 and it is highly toxic to humans. When this strain enters the gut, it causes severe gastroenteritis.
Six per cent of people go on to develop a life-threatening kidney failure called haemolytic uraemic syndrome. Infections such as E.coli O157 are transmitted to humans by eating contaminated foods. For salad to be affected, it must have been contaminated directly by waste.
Iceberg lettuces are often grown in soil-free environments, but even this is no protection. The risk is from water used for irrigation, for example.
Listeria is possible from meat and salmonella is usually picked up from eating contaminated raw meat, eggs or dairy produce.
The reason that these outbreaks make headlines is that thankfully they are not common. There are only about 200 cases a year of listeria in the UK.
When you look at figures over the past few years for food poisoning, rates of certain illnesses such as salmonella have steadily reduced, while O157 has increased. This is more to do with farming processes and contamination than our own immunity to these diseases.
Uncooked rice can contain spores of Bacillus cereus, a bacterium that can cause food poisoning. When the rice is cooked, the spores can survive. If the rice is left standing at room temperature, the spores can grow into bacteria.
Lettuce and other leafy greens have been common facilitators of E. coli O157:H7 in recent years. One of the largest outbreaks of E. coli O157:H7 was associated with fresh spinach in 2006. Almost 200 people in 26 states were sickened, 31 developed HUS, and three people died
CHICKEN often gets the blame when you fall victim to food poisoning, but it's likely it was the salad in your meal that actually made you sick.
Lorraine Belanger, spokeswoman for Food Standards Australia New Zealand, said a lot of foodborne illness happens in the home. And under the right circumstances anything can give you food poisoning.
"People think of chicken as the number one suspect but actually things like salads and cut fruit, if handled in wrong way or exposed to wrong things, can cause major foodborne outbreaks."
Many foodborne illnesses take days or weeks to manifest.
"When people get sick they think 'Oh it was that thing I ate at lunch' but it could be something they ate a week ago," Ms Belanger said.
Juliana Madden, executive officer at the Food Safety Information Council, says vegetarians and vegans often think they're more protected from food poisoning but this is not the case.
"Some of the largest food safety issues that have popped up in the last few years have been things like baby spinach and tomatoes," Ms Madden said.
Rice can be infected with Bacillus cereus, which is present as spores and can survive easily in dry conditions such as a packet.
"People cook the rice which then activates the spores. So if you don't put [cooked rice] in the fridge you almost create a perfect environment for food poisoning," Ms Madden said.
Cooking rice doesn't kill the spores and warm, moist rice is a great place for bacteria to grow. So if you have leftover rice you should put it in the fridge it as soon as possible, and don't keep it longer than three days.
Raw vegetables
Lettuce and tomatoes carry the risk of salmonella and E. coli - which can cause vomiting, diarrhoea and stomach cramps.
Lettuce, celery or anything that grows on the ground can have E. coli present because it's in the soil.
Tomatoes and other vegetables can get contaminated when hand packed by unclean hands.
To avoid illness, wash vegetables well and make sure you use clean boards and clean knives.
Fruits
Listeria can grow on the skin of rockmelons which are grown on the ground. When people touch the skin and also the melon flesh when cutting up their fruit this can lead to cross contamination.
Sprouts
Sprouts can be contaminated with bacteria such as E. coli, listeria, and salmonella.
To produce sprouts, seeds are soaked then kept moist for several days while they sprout. The conditions for sprouting a seed are ideal for bacteria growth. So if the seeds are contaminated with bacteria, the numbers may be very high in the sprout.
Cooking sprouts largely decreases the bacteria risk.
Chicken, duck and turkey
These birds risk can carry salmonella and campylobacter. The good news is the risk from bacteria is completely eliminated if the meat is cooked through properly.
But if you wash your meat you can easily splash salmonella onto vegetables or other items that won't be cooked, so they become cross-contaminated.
Eggs
Eggs can also carry nasty salmonella, which causes diarrhoea and vomiting.
Cooking eggs thoroughly kills bacteria, but be careful to thoroughly clean utensils and wipe down bench tops if they come into contact with raw egg.

Vegans & Vegetarians Are Liars, 60% of Them Eat Meat!
A 2002 Times/CNN poll on the eating habits of 10,000 Americans. Six percent of the individuals surveyed said they considered themselves vegetarian. But when asked by the pollsters what they had eaten in the last 24 hours, 60% of the self-described "vegetarians" admitted that that had consumed red meat, poultry or fish the previous day. In another survey, the United States Department of Agriculture randomly telephoned 13,313 Americans. Three percent of the respondents answered yes to the question, "Do you consider yourself to be a vegetarian?" A week later the researchers called the participants again and this time asked what they had eaten the day before. The results were even more dramatic than the Times/CNN survey: this time 66% of the "vegetarians" had eaten animal flesh in the last 24 hours.
Young Vegans & Vegetarians Have Eating Disorders
Vegetarianism and eating disorders: association between eating attitudes and other psychological factors among Turkish adolescent - Appetite 44 (2005) 309–31 Research Report
Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Health Sciences Faculty, Baskent University, Bag ̆ lica Kampusu, Eskis ̧ehir Yolu 20.km, 06530 Ankara, Turkey
As a conclusion, the present study indicated abnormal eating attitudes, low self-esteem, high social physique anxiety, and high trait anxiety in Turkish vegetarian adolescents. The vegetarian adolescents may be more likely to display disordered eating attitudes and behaviors than nonvegetarians.
The adolescent vegetarian is more likely to be female, in middle school, conscious of her weight and body, dissatisfied with her body and involved in a variety of healthy and unhealthy weight control behaviors, previously diagnosed by her physician with an eating disorder and was more likely to have contemplated and attempted suicide ( Perry et al., 2002 ).
Adolescent vegetarians are at increased risk for involvement in unhealthy and extreme weight control behaviors, especially adolescent male vegetarians ( Perry et al., 2001 ).
Adolescent vegetarians are at increased risk for involvement in unhealthy and extreme weight control behaviors, especially adolescent male vegetarians.
Vegetarian diets are somewhat more common among adolescents with eating disorders than in the general adolescent population; there- fore, dietetics professionals should be aware of young clients who greatly limit food choices and who exhibit symptoms of eating disorders.
In current study, nearly all male vegetarians (seven) were underweight. Therefore, vegetarian males were significantly more likely than nonvegetarian males to have high eating disturbances. This result is similar to Perry et al. (2001) study. Their study indicated that being an adolescent male vegetarian may serve as an important marker for other unhealthy weight control behavior.
Adolescent vegetarians were significantly more likely to exhibit bulumic behaviors than nonvegetar- ians in a Minnesota study.
Similarly, in an Australian study of 2000 teenagers, vegetarians were more concerned with being slim, and they restricted energy intake more often than nonvegetarians ( Worsley & Skrzypiec, 1998 ).

Meat Eater Women are Healthier than Vegan and Vegetarian Women
How does health and well-being of young Australian vegetarians [vegans] and semi-vegetarian women compare with non-vegetarians?
These data suggest that the mental health of vegetarian [vegan] and semi-vegetarian women is considerably poorer than that of non-vegetarian women in the same age group. The mental health scores for semi-vegetarians and vegetarians [vegans] were significantly lower than those for non-vegetarians.
Women in these groups also reported more depressive symptoms and deliberate self-harm, findings which are consistent with studies of adolescents. The vegetarians [vegans] and semi-vegetarians were also more likely to be taking medication ‘for depression’. Although our findings are suggestive of a link between the avoidance of red meat and poorer mental health, it is not possible to state from these cross-sectional data whether any specific dietary deficiencies are the cause of these differences in mental health or the direction of any relationship between these variables.
In this study of young women, vegetarians and semi- vegetarians reported more menstrual symptoms (irregularity, premenstrual tension and severe period pain) than non-vegetarian women.
The higher prevalence of constipation among vegetarian and semi-vegetarian women was unexpected and contradicted the findings of previous studies. However, constipation is a well-recognised symptom of people with eating disorders, a trait more likely to be displayed among young vegetarians than-vegetarians.

Vegans in India have 10% shorter life span than Meat Eaters in Sri Lanka
Veganic India has very low animal meat and fat consumption, in fact most people in India don't eat meat, India has world largest vegan population, but India has very high rate of coronary heart diseases, higher than countries with high meat and animal fat consumption such as France and Finland.
Veganic India is among countries with world's shortest life spans. Vegans of India die 20 years sooner than people in some countries with world's highest meat consumptions.
Vegans of India have 10% shorter life span than people of Sri Lanka. Both countries are very similar in many ways except Sri Lankans eat more meat. 2015 United Nations reports, Sri Lanka's life expectancy is 74.64 years, India's life expectancy is 67.47 years.
India has higher Coronary Heart Disease death rate than countries with much higher meat consumption.
Compared to Sri Lanka on different death rates, India is over 10% higher in Coronary Heart Disease death rate, and:
- 5 times higher in Rheumatic Heart Disease
- more than 10% higher in stroke
- 3 times higher in low birth weight
- 30 times higher in Peptic Ulcer Disease
- 25% higher in Cervical Cancer
- 7 times higher in maternal problems
- 30% higher in Epilepsy
- 2 times higher in Endocrine Disorders
- 30% higher in Stomach Cancer
- 3 times higher in Malnutrition
- 24 times higher in Prostatic Hypertrophy
India's Liver Disease death rate is among highest in the world, India ranks world top on Prostatic Hypertrophy.

Cut Down Sugar and All Carbs, They're Not Healthy
Sugar and all carbs even the complex carbs should be avoided. It's OK to eat a little bit of carb in the forms of whole grains and beans, but definitely avoid all simple carbs like sugar (all kinds of sugar including brown sugar, honey, fruit sugar), white flour (wheat, rice, potato) and corn starch, potato, pasta, and rice.
Meat contains very little carb, your body can convert fat and protein into blood sugar only when needed. Rarely someone has problem converting fat and protein into sugar inside the body, it causes hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), in such case special holistic approach is needed, even for people with hypoglycemia they have to be careful with carb consumption, because too much can cause them diabetes.
United Nations official dietary and health condition data from all countries worldwide show the countries with high meat consumption but low carb consumption have lower diabetes rate and longer life span.
The main reason most person are overweight is they consumed too much calories, even if the person is physically active can still put on weight. Some overweight are physically active, always working in garden and at home, the problem with them is they consumed too many calories mostly from plant based foods that are rich in carb.
Carb is sugar which turns into fat when too much carb is consumed. Overweight people can easily lose weight just by stop eating plant based carbs.
The main cause of obesity in the world is over-consumption of carb mostly in the forms of sugar, grains and grain flour. Carb is notoriously known to cause cancer, diabetes, hear disease, cardiovascular disease and many other health problems.
Meat on the other hand has very little carb. Meat has fats, but those fats include good healthy fats such as monounsaturated and omega-3 EPA/DHA like that in sea fish.
Pork is rich in monounsaturated fat, the same fat found in olive oil! That's why people used to eat pig lard before vegetable oil became popular had low heart and cardiovascular problems, only when people started eating vegetable oils their health became worst. Vegetable oils such as palm oil, canola oil, soy oil, corn oil and sunflower oil are bad due to their fast oxidation.
Hydrogenated vegetable oil and palm oil that commonly found in junk snack foods are even worst.
Meat easily makes a person feels full, but sugar and carb on the other hand make people wanted to eat more.

50% Anorexia Patients Are Vegans and Vegetarians
About half (45 to 54 percent) of patients seeking treatment for anorexia nervosa reported practicing some form of a vegan/vegetarian diet (Bardone-Cone, et al., 2012).
Bardone-Cone and colleagues (2012) found that 61 percent of current Eating Disorder individuals who have had a vegan/vegetarian diet said they believe there was a relationship between their Eating Disorder and choosing to be a vegan/vegetarian. These authors found veganism/vegetarianism in the history of about half of people who develop Anorexia Nervosa, and that more anorexia nervosa patients who were vegan/vegetarian struggled to complete Eating Disorder treatment (Bardone-Cone, et al., 2012).

Native People Who Eat Wild Game Meat Diet Are Very Healthy
There have been native peoples all over the world who lived primarily and sometimes exclusively on animal flesh and animal fat — the Masai tribes, our own buffalo-hunting tribes, the Inuits, etc. — but heart disease was nearly non-existent among those people. Doctors who visited them were stunned at how healthy they were. The buffalo-hunting tribes didn’t become fat, diabetic, and plagued with heart disease until they stopped hunting and started living on sugar and flour.
A century ago, Americans consumed four times as much butter and lard as we do now, but again, heart disease was quite rare. We didn’t see a surge in heart disease until we began eating a lot more sugar and substituting processed vegetable oils for animal fats. Even today, the French and Swiss consume far more cream, butter, cheese and pork than Americans, but have a much lower rate of heart disease. (They do, however, consume far less sugar, soda, processed vegetable oils, and white flour.)
Clearly something other than animal fat causes heart disease — my guess is sugar and refined carbohydrates, because that result does hold up. Go around the world, look at different cultures throughout time, and you’ll see that heart disease, cancer, and other “diseases of civilization” show up shortly after sugar and white flour become dietary staples.

Harmful Lectins in beans, cereal grains, seeds, nuts, and potatoes
Foods with high concentrations of lectins, such as beans, cereal grains, seeds, nuts, and potatoes, may be harmful if consumed in excess in uncooked or improperly-cooked form. Adverse effects may include nutritional deficiencies, and immune (allergic) reactions.
The toxicity of lectins has been identified by consumption of food with high lectin content, which may lead to diarrhea, nausea, bloating, and vomiting.
Many legume seeds have been proven to contain high lectin activity, termed hemagglutinating activity. Soybean is the most important grain legume crop in this category. Its seeds contain high activity of soybean lectins (soybean agglutinin or SBA).
SBA is able to disrupt small intestinal metabolism and damage small intestinal villi via the ability of lectins to bind with brush border surfaces in the distal part of small intestine.
Heat processing can reduce the toxicity of lectins, but low temperature or insufficient cooking may not completely eliminate their toxicity, as some plant lectins are resistant to heat.

Kenya Maasai Tribes Disease-Free by Eating Raw Meat
Traditionally, the Maasai diet consisted of raw meat, raw milk, and raw blood from cattle.
According to Dr. Anderson from the local government hospital in Kenya most tribes were disease-free. Many had not a single tooth attacked by dental caries nor a single malformed dental arch. In particular the Maasai had a very low 0.4% of bone caries. He attributed that to their diet consisting of (in order of volume) raw milk, raw blood, raw meat and some vegetables and fruits, although in many villages they do not eat any fruit or vegetables at all. He noted that when available every growing child and every pregnant or lactating woman would receive a daily ration of raw blood.
Electrocardiogram tests applied to 400 young adult male Maasai found no evidence whatsoever of heart disease, abnormalities or malfunction. Further study with carbon-14 tracers showed that the average cholesterol level was about 50 percent of that of an average American. These findings were ascribed to the amazing fitness of morans, which was evaluated as "Olympic standard".
From the journal Atherosclerosis:
A field survey of 400 Masai men and additional women and children in Tanganyika indicates little or no clinical or chemical evidence for atherosclerosis. Despite a long continued diet of exclusively meat and milk the men have low levels of serum cholesterol and no evidence for arteriosclerotic heart disease. The reasons for this disagreement with the popular hypothesis relating animal fat intake to coronary disease are examined. The authors concede that some overriding protective mechanism
such as freedom from emotional stress or abundance of physical exercise may be present. They favor the conclusion that diet fat is not responsible for coronary disease.

Warnings on Demonic Vegan Propaganda and Lies from Fake-Christians
Warnings Against Demonic Vegan Propaganda and False Teachings
1 Timothy 4
1 The Holy Spirit clearly says that in the end times some will turn away from the truth. They will obey evil spirits that tell lies. And they will follow the teachings of demons.
2 Those teachings come through people who tell lies and trick others. Those evil people cannot see what is right and what is wrong. It is like their conscience has been destroyed with a hot iron.
3 Some of them say that it is wrong to marry in traditional way, some of them say that people must not eat meat. But Yahuwah made these foods, and those who believe and who understand the truth can eat them with thanks.
4 Everything that Yahuwah made is good.
1 Timothy 1
7 They want to be teachers of the law, but they don’t know what they are talking about. They don’t even understand the things they say they are sure of.
8 We know that the law is good if someone uses it right.
9 We also know that the law is not made for those who do what is right. It is made for those who are against the law and refuse to follow it. The law is for sinners who are against Elohim Yahuwah and all that is pleasing to him. It is for those who have no interest in spiritual things and for those who kill their fathers or mothers or anyone else.
1 Timothy 1
10 It is for those who commit sexual sins, homosexuals, those who sell slaves, those who tell lies, those who don’t tell the truth under oath, and those who are against the true teaching of Yahuwah.
1 Timothy 1
19 Continue to trust in Yahuwah and do what you know is right. Some people have not done this, and their faith is now in ruins.

Vegans & Strict Vegetarians Have High Rate of Mental Disorders
Medical studies show vegans and strict vegetarians have high rate of mental disorders, higher than normal people who eat plenty of meat especially ocean fish! One of the health problems caused by B12 deficient diet is mental disorder. Evil vegans and strict vegetarians have very serious mental disorders.

Vegetarian [vegan] diet and mental disorders: results from a representative community survey
Abstract
Background:
The present study investigated associations between vegetarian [vegan] diet and mental disorders.
Methods:
Participants were drawn from the representative sample of the German Health Interview and Examination Survey and its Mental Health Supplement (GHS-MHS). Completely vegetarian [vegan] (N = 54) and predominantly vegetarian (N = 190) participants were compared with non-vegetarian participants (N = 3872) and with a non-vegetarian socio-demographically matched subsample (N = 242).
Results:
Vegetarians [vegans] displayed elevated prevalence rates for depressive disorders, anxiety disorders and somatoform disorders. Due to the matching procedure, the findings cannot be explained by socio-demographic characteristics of vegetarians [vegans] (e.g. higher rates of females, predominant residency in urban areas, high proportion of singles).
Conclusions:
In Western cultures vegetarian [vegan] diet is associated with an elevated risk of mental disorders.

Yahuwah Used Flood to Kill Evil Vegans
Vegans are indeed evil people! Eve, the first female and a vegan (actually Fruitarian) woman, fell for Satan's lie and ate a fruit, yes, a fruit, not animal meat, she then lied to Adam and tricked him to eat the fruit too. Evil vegan!
Cain, a vegan and the first murderer in history! He was a vegetable farmer, he killed his own brother. Evil vegan!
Then as the evil vegans multiplied on earth they turned against Yahuwah, so Yahuwah killed them all, except Noah and his family who probably ate animal meat while all the other people who were evil were vegans and ate only plants.
After the flood, Yahuwah loved Noah and his family so much he told them to eat meat from any animal, except humans of course, because animal meat is healthy and nutritious providing health benefits to Noah and his family.
Before the flood, Yahuwah never told the vegans to eat meat, maybe because he didn't like the evil vegans so he didn't tell them to eat it. Animal meat is naturally designed for human consumption, animal meat is rich in vitamin B12 which is not found in plants, fish is rich in EPA/DHA omega-3 fatty acids which are insignificant in plants, these are highly beneficial nutrients in human body, especially B12, it is scientific fact.

B12 supplements are fake B12, not the real B12
B12 supplements are fake B12, not the real B12 naturally found in meat! The most common type of B12 in supplements is cyanocobalamin which is a synthetic chemical! Cyanocobalamin is made with cyanide! The best and most natural form of B12 for humans is cobalamin, it is naturally found in meat and most animal based food products. B12 cobalamin together with animal iron (heme iron) is the best combnination.
Nature designed humans to eat meat, not take fake B12 pills or fake B12 injections.
Vitamin B12 is also called cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin that contains a mineral called cobalt, with a key role in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system, and for the formation of blood. It is one of the eight B vitamins. It is normally involved in the metabolism of every cell of the human body, especially affecting DNA synthesis and regulation, but also fatty acid metabolism and amino acid metabolism.
Deficiency of B12 lead to many kinds of illnesses and even death. Although human requirement for B12 is very low but most vegans are deficient in it, that's one of the reasons most vegans have serious mental illness and many other health problems such as anemia and heart disease, some to the point that caused their deaths.

Emma Morano, 115, credits Her Long Life to Raw Eggs. For Emma Morano, Europe's oldest living person, the key is raw eggs.
The 115-year-old has been slurping down three raw eggs each day since she was a teenager, and a doctor told her it was great way to ward off anemia.
Protein. Eggs are considered the gold standard that other proteins are measured against. Because of the superior amino acid mix, an egg's six grams of protein are absorbed easily and efficiently used by the body. The egg is also low-calorie (74 calories).
Choline. Yolks are one of the best sources of this essential nutrient. Choline is needed for brain development in a growing fetus and may also be important for brain function in adults.
Lutein and Zeaxanthin. These two, important, beneficial phytochemicals found in egg yolks (as well as kale and spinach) help prevent eye diseases, especially cataracts and age-related macular degeneration. While eggs contain less lutein and zeaxanthin than greens, these phytochemicals are more absorbable because of the presence of fat in the yolk.
Vitamin D. Eggs are one of the few natural sources of Vitamin D, important for the bones and teeth. Vitamin D aids the absorption of calcium, which is important for the heart and colon, as well.

Netherlands Oldest Person Loves Eating Herring
Hendrikje van Andel-Schipper (29 June 1890 – 30 August 2005) was the oldest person ever in the history of the Netherlands (breaking the previous record of Catharina van Dam on 26 September 2003), and from 29 May 2004 was thought to be the oldest recognized person in the world until her death (although her case was later superseded by the one of María Capovilla of Ecuador). She became the oldest living person in the Netherlands on 16 February 2001, at the age of 110 years 232 days. She remains one of the 40 oldest verified people ever.
Hendrikje van Andel-Schipper had stated that the secret to her longevity was a serving of herring every day Her autopsy showed no traces of dementia, which some scientists had considered an inevitable part of aging.

Most Centenarians Have No Special Diet Plan, They Just Eat Enough
Our centenarians were critical of today’s supersized portions; the majority advised just eating nutritious food in moderation.
Only 20 percent said they had ever been on a specialized diet plan, although some had become vegetarians. Lillian Cox, 107, of Tallahassee, Fla., confided that in her 50s she became “quite heavy” but resolved to lose the weight, did so and kept it off by just eating less.

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) in Liver and Giblet Maybe Secret to Long Life Span
A preliminary study carried out in Poland showed that, in comparison with young healthy female adults, centenarians living in Upper Silesia had significantly higher red blood cell glutathione reductase and catalase activities, although serum levels of vitamin E were not significantly higher. Researchers in Denmark have also found that centenarians exhibit a high activity of glutathione reductase in red blood cells. In this study, the centenarians having the best cognitive and physical functional capacity tended to have the highest activity of this enzyme.
Some patients exhibit deficient levels of glutathione activity as a result of not consuming enough riboflavin in their diets.
Riboflavin is a precursor for FAD, whose reduced form donates two electron to the disulfide bond which is present in the oxidized form of glutathione reductase in order to begin the enzyme's catalytic cycle. In 1999, a study found that 17.8% of males and 22.4% of females examined in Saudi Arabia suffered from low glutathione reductase activity due to riboflavin deficiency.
Free riboflavin is naturally present in foods along with protein-bound FMN and FAD. Bovine milk contains mainly free riboflavin, with a minor contribution from FMN and FAD. In whole milk, 14% of the flavins are bound noncovalently to specific proteins.
Egg white and egg yolk contain specialized riboflavin-binding proteins, which are required for storage of free riboflavin in the egg for use by the developing embryo.
Reduction of the oxidized form of glutathione (GSSG) to its reduced form (GSH) by Glutathione reductase is FAD dependent. In humans, there is no evidence for riboflavin toxicity produced by excessive intakes, in part because it has lower water solubility than other B vitamins, because absorption becomes less efficient as doses increase, and because what excess is absorbed is excreted via the kidneys into urine. Even when 400 mg of riboflavin per day was given orally to subjects in one
study for three months to investigate the efficacy of riboflavin in the prevention of migraine headache, no short-term side effects were reported.

2011 World’s Oldest Living Woman Brazilian Loves Eating Pork & Beef
Pork and beans, after a healthy breakfast of course: In 2011, the “World’s Oldest Living Woman” was a 114-year-old Brazilian woman named, Maria Gomes Valentim. Also known affectionately as “Grandma Quita,” Valentim represented Brazil’s first verifiable longevity claim, according to the Guinness World Records. Shortly after Valentim’s death, her granddaughter told the Associated Press that Grandma Quita was an avid eater of Brazil’s national dish feijoada, a stew made of pork, beef and beans.

Eating Fish Prevents Cancer, Diabetes, Obesity and Increase Life Span
Fish Eater Dietary Patterns and the Risk of Colorectal Cancers
Pescovegetarian dietary pattern, were associated with lower risk of all colorectal cancer as well as colon cancer separately. The evidence that Pescovegetarian diets similar to those of our study participants may be associated with a reduced risk of colorectal cancer, along with prior evidence of the potential reduced risk of obesity, hypertension, diabetes, and mortality, should be considered carefully in making dietary choices and in giving dietary guidance.

Cow Milk is Natural Health Food for Adult Humans' Consumption
Lactose intolerance is seen mainly in people of cultures that don't consume milk regularly after weaning. Like the Chinese in China, they stop drinking milk after weaning from mother's milk. Americans have a dairy culture, they never stopped consuming dairy until they die.
When a person stops consuming dairy for a long time, the digestive system stops or slows down producing lactase, an enzyme that digests lactose, a milk sugar. Undigested lactose is what causes lactose intolerance.
Milk and milk products were not common food items in the past there, but recently dairy consumption has increased greatly because of better economy. Dairy production was rare in China, even today's is very small, much of the dairy products available in China are imported.
Lactose intolerance is not a natural sign of human digestion, it's caused by violation of nature. Nature designed humans to continue to consume milk and milk products, the probiotics in them are very important to health in the human body. It has been known for a long time that dairy-based probiotics have benefits on health. Science discovers dairy-based probiotics are very critically important to immune system. People who consume no dairy or little dairy that contains good probiotics have higher rate of health problems.

Low cholesterol level is associated increased risk of suicide
There have been many studies of the effects of these different meal patterns and different foods. Some tested and measured subjective things such as fatigue, vigour, anger, hostility, confusion, anxiety and depression. In all of these tests, those who ate carbohydrate-based meals reported worse scores in all classes except anxiety, where there was no difference. In other, objective tests of alertness, auditory and visual reaction times, and vigilance, carbohydrate eaters again came off worse.
Polyunsaturated fats are recommended to lower cholesterol levels. This protocol could also add to the risk of suicide as a 2006 study found that people with a high intake of polyunsaturated vegetable margarines and cooking oils, which were unbalanced with respect to omega-3 fatty acids were more likely to commit suicide.
One of the many studies examining the effects of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acid levels on suicide and violence reported finding evidence of 'a striking correlation' between the greater consumption of omega-6 linoleic acid from seed oils over the period 1961 to 2000 and the growing number of homicides in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and Argentina.
And there may be another dietary aspect. A team from the Medical Research Council, led by Professor David Barker traced suicide rates in 15,500 Hertfordshire men and women whose birth records are available since 1911. They found that men and women who committed suicide had low rates of weight gain in infancy. And that too could be caused by a carbohydrate-rich, nutrient-poor diet.
If your cholesterol is too low — that is below about 4.42 mmol/L (170 mg/dL) your risk of mood disorders, depression, stroke, and violence is increased. During trials to lower levels of cholesterol in the blood, it became obvious that there was a tendency towards more suicides and violent deaths in the treatment groups. In 1991 Canadian investigators examined this trend.
Adjusting for age and sex, they found that those whose cholesterol was below 4.27 were 6 times more likely to attempt suicide that those with cholesterol above 5.77.
This was confirmed by a study conducted at the Psychiatric Clinic, Charles University of Prague.[5] Patients in this study who had attempted a violent suicide had significantly lower cholesterol levels than patients with non-violent attempts and the control subjects. The authors say 'Our findings . . . are consistent with the theory that low levels of cholesterol are associated with increased tendency for impulsive behaviour and aggression and contribute to a more violent pattern of suicidal behaviour.'
They conclude 'These data indicate that low serum total cholesterol level is associated with an increased risk of suicide.'

Vegans and Vegetarians Have High Suicide Rate
Most of people in India don't eat meat, fish and egg because of their religions and poor economic. India's per capita meat and animal based foods consumption is among world lowest, but India's suicide rate is very high compared to countries with some of world's highest per capita meat consumptions, even when compared to Pakistan, a neighboring country with same type of people and living environment. Pakistanis eat meat as a part of their religion. Pakistan is less developed than India.
India ranks 11th on WHO's list of suicide rate by country.

Eating meat is very healthy
1) Vegan diet is not healthy in some ways. Many studies show and even confessions by vegans and ex-vegans, that vegans have higher rate of certain health problems than people who eat meat. Vegans suffer higher rate of mental disorders, mental retardation, menstrual problem for women, stunted growth and underweight for children and infants, bone fracture, and lost of teeth/bone density, and many more.
2) Eating meat is very healthy. All the countries with world's longest life expectancy are ones with much higher per capita animal protein consumption when compared to other countries especially those among world's shortest life expectancy.
People who live past 100 are mostly meat eaters.
Traditionally Inuit ate mostly raw meat from mostly ocean animals and some land animals, their health condition was reported by many doctors as excellent, very low rate of cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, etc. But since Inuit started eating more plant based western foods such as bread, rice, sugar, flour, pasta, potato, vegetables and fruits their health went bad!
Today there are still Inuit who stick to eating only traditional raw meat diet and no western plant based foods, their health is much better than their fellow Inuit who eat a western plant based diet.
Among Inuit smokers and alcohol drinkers, the ones who eat plenty of raw meat have better health than those who eat no or little of it.
Science has proven the traditional Inuit raw meat diet is a healthy diet. It is not perfect, it does lack certain nutrients but that can easily be taken care of naturally without taking any supplements.
The top two countries with longest life expectancy in the world have very high per capita animal protein consumption, they are Hong Kong (longest) and Japan (second longest). Both countries have high per capita sea fish, seafood and pork consumptions. Japan's per capita eggs consumption is either world's highest or second highest, depends on data source. Hong Kong per capita meat consumption is world highest.
It's a fact that processed meat is harmful, but that is not caused by meat itself but it's the chemicals such as sodium nitrite that factories put into the meat, also the meats aren't fresh they are poor quality meat.
Mongolia, a country with open wild grassland that raise Yak buffaloes in organic free range style, has very high per capita meat consumption. The country has very low colon cancer rate and diabetes rate, they are among the very lowest in the world!
It's true that Mongolia has short average life span, but that is due to half of its population live in crowded and highly polluted capital city where they burn coal for cooking and heat. The Mongolians who live in the open wild grassland have long life span.
Despite Mongolians' average life span is shorter than that in HK and Japan, theirs is longer than vegans in India.
3) Fish die naturally even if they didn't get killed by other fish. Small fish such as sardines are super healthy, they breed fast and in large numbers. They are not contaminated because of their short life time. Fish is proven to provide excellent health
benefits for humans. Hong Kong and Japan have very high per capita ocean fish consumption, those two countries have world's longest life span and highest IQ. Fish oil and fish protein are known super brain food!

Campbell is very afraid to use official confirmed data sources such as UN and WHO. UNFAO is world's best and most reliable data source for dietary consumption for just about every country in the world. UN food data is very precise and well detailed, unlike Campbell's shabby crap. The health and disease data from WHO are also very reliable, detailed and precise. But Campbell the lying vegan refuses to use them because those data expose his dumb vegan lies.
"China Study" is crap! It's based on faulty correlations. The data used are not from reliable source. The only trustworthy food consumption and health condition data sources are UN and WHO which I use in my analysis, and the data are up to date, which Campbell the vegan liar crook is afraid to use because those data totally expose him a fraud and a total liar.
Campbell recommended eating high carb diet which is now proven beyond any doubt to cause many health problems such as diabetes and hearth diseases.

Anthropologist Vilhjalmur Stefansson Found Inuit Raw Meat Diet is Healthy
In the 1920s anthropologist Vilhjalmur Stefansson of European descent lived with and studied a group of Inuit. The study focused on the fact that the Inuit's low-carbohydrate diet had no adverse effects on their health, nor Stefansson's own health.
Stefansson (1946) also observed that the Inuit were able to get the necessary vitamins they needed from their traditional winter diet, which did not contain any plant matter.
In particular, he found that adequate vitamin C could be obtained from items in their traditional diet of raw meat such as Ringed Seal liver and whale skin (muktuk).
In 1928, Stefansson and Anderson entered Bellevue Hospital, New York for a controlled experiment into the effects of an all-meat diet on the body. The committee which was assembled to supervise the experiment was one of the best qualified in medical history, consisting as it did of the leaders of all the branches of science related to the subject.
Dr. Eugene F. DuBois, Medical Director of the Russell Sage Foundation (subsequently chief physician at the New York Hospital, and Professor of Physiology at Cornell University Medical College) directed the experiment.
The study was designed to find the answers to five questions about which there was some debate... The results of the year-long trial were published in 1930 in the Journal of Biological Chemistry and showed that the answer to all of the questions was: no. There were no deficiency problems; the two men remained perfectly healthy; their bowels remained normal, except that their stools were smaller and did not smell.
The absence of starchy and sugary carbohydrates from their diet had only good effects.
Once again, Stefansson discovered that he felt better and was healthier on a diet that restricted carbohydrates. Only when fats were restricted did he suffer any problems.
During this experiment his intake had varied between 2,000 and 3,100 calories per day and he derived, by choice, an average of eighty percent of his energy from animal fat and the other twenty percent from protein.

One of the reason most vegans are deficient in vitamin B12
Plants don't contain vitamin B12. Some but not all bacteria living on the surfaces of unwashed plant may contain some B12 but only in very tiny amount, insufficient amount for a human's daily requirement. Only a few certain kinds of bacteria can produce B12. A vegan must eat 50 lbs everyday of unwashed vegetables to get enough B12 for daily requirement.
The plants that real herbivore animals feed on such as grass and vegetables are contaminated with all sorts of bacteria, they may be contaminated with feces. All animals can eat unwashed contaminated plants, all raw without cooking, even the ones contaminated by feces, without getting sick, humans are the only animals CAN get sick or even DIE by eating unwashed contaminated plants.
E-Coli and Salmonella are two most common bacteria found on the surfaces of produce especially leafy vegetables. Most fatal food poisonings are caused by eating contaminated vegetables.
Feces are rich in B12 because of certain bacteria in them, but some of those bacteria are harmful to humans when ingested.
Salmonella produces B12 but this bacteria is dangerous to humans.
If vegans eat raw unwashed vegetables that are contaminated with B12-rich feces, they get very sick and may even die, this is the reason vegans must wash their vegetable cleanly before eating them, but cleaning them may get rid of all bacteria on the vegetables.
This is one of the reason most vegans are deficient in B12.

53 people ate fresh raw bean sprouts and died!
53 people ate fresh raw bean sprouts and died! A strain of Escherichia coli O104:H4 bacteria caused a serious outbreak of food-borne illness focused in northern Germany in May through June 2011.
Fresh vegetables were the source of infection. The agriculture minister of Lower Saxony identified an organic farm in Bienenbüttel, Lower Saxony, Germany, which produces a variety of sprouted foods, as the likely source of the E. coli outbreak.
German Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, announced that seeds of organic fenugreek imported from Egypt were likely the source of the outbreak.
In all, 3,950 people were affected and 53 died, 51 of whom were in Germany. 800 people suffered hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), which can lead to kidney failure. A handful of cases were reported in several other countries including Switzerland, Poland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, the UK, Canada and the USA.
Essentially all affected people had been in Germany or France shortly before becoming ill.

Leafy Green Vegetables Rank Among Top Causes Of Food Poisoning
Leafy Green Vegetables Rank Among Top Causes Of Food Poisoning.
Leafy green vegetables such as lettuce and spinach have been found to be one of the top sources of food poisoning, according to a new report released by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).
Each year, nearly 48 million Americans, roughly 1 in 6, catch a food-borne illness. These numbers include 128,000 hospitalizations and 2,000 deaths. This new report reveals which foods are to blame for these stomach illnesses, based on a decade of data.
Close to half of all reported illnesses were caused by "produce". Produce was defined as fruits, nuts, leafy greens and other vegetables. Among produce, leafy greens were most frequently associated with food-borne illness. Generally, norovirus was the germ responsible for the illness.
due to significant safety improvements in beef handling, the study reported that deaths associated with beef accounted for less than 4 percent of the food-related deaths, and less than 7 percent of sicknesses.

Vegans don't realize they are killing animals and abuse humans
Vegans don't realize they are killing animals and abuse humans even killing them when they buy commercial produce.
Produce farms, all kinds of produce farms, get rid of the natural habitat including animals and insects. Farms use animal traps, animal poisons, insecticides, pesticides, or use dogs and cats to kill animals they don't want in the farms.
Produce farms owners and operators often abuse their workers, even kill them, especially the ones in poor countries. Human rights abuse is a common crime in produce farms.

Best diet is a well balanced omnivore diet
Best diet is a well balanced omnivore diet consists of organic red meat with just a little bit of fat, small fish like sardine from ocean, organic milk, organic eggs, organic green vegetables, organic whole fruits (but not too much at a time especially with meal that contains other carbs. No juice.), just a bit of organic whole grains (not too much), organic legumes (very well cooked, drink a lot of water, and take apple cider vinegar or digestive enzymes for digestion), organic REAL olive oil (no refined vegetable oil, get real oils from nuts and seeds). The diet must supply only enough good calories for the individual person as required, no more no less. All foods should be non-GMO and unprocessed.
I hope I didn't miss anything.

Produce farms, rice farms and palm farms are the worst land destroyers on earth!
Produce farms, rice farms and palm farms are the worst land destroyers on earth! Half of the world's population eat rice as their main stable food. Rice farms cause heavy pollution to the environment, they put out at least 11% of methane produced on earth, some estimates as high as 25% - 30%! Rice farms use 1/3 of earth's freshwater!
Commercial vegetable farms and fruit farms destroy natural habitats, they killed or chased away the original native wild life and insects. Expose the soil to the open air, let methane from inside the soil escape into the air. Tens of billions of animals have been killed by commercial produce farms. Wild life getting less and less natural habitats they can live in as more commercial produce farms created.
Palm oil is now world's most consumed edible oil, it's cheap due to large production, large areas of the natural rain forests were destroyed to make room for palm farms. Endangered Orangutans that live in rain forests are being killed, often burned alive by palm farm corporations.
Rice is not a healthy food! Despite what vegans say, most grains are actually not healthy if eaten too much, even whole grains should be eaten in small quantity due to their high carbs. High carbs are one of the top killers in humans.
Refined palm oil is a very harmful food, it causes cancer, heart and cardiovascular diseases, and many other health problems.
Ocean fish oil on the other hand is very healthy.
