What Does Bible Say About Sabbath

The observance of special day is a sign of weakness, childishness and lack of development.  It is very plain to see that Father in Heaven doesn’t want Christians to observe a certain day more special than other days. To the Christians there is no special holy day.  Every day is holy day for the children of Yahuwah.  Every day is holy.

Colossians 2
16 So do not let anyone say you are wrong about what you eat or drink, or about a feast, or a special holy day or a Sabbath.

Colossians 2
22 All such things are gone as soon as they are used. These are laws made and taught by men.
23 These [old] laws look as if they are good laws. They make a show of doing things for Yahuwah. They make people humble themselves in some way. They make people control their bodies in certain ways. But they have no power to keep people from doing all the wrong things they want to do.

Galatians 4
10-11 It worries me that you follow teachings about special day, month, season, or year. I fear that my work for you has been wasted.

Colossians 3
2 Think about the things that are in heaven, not about things that are on earth.
3 Your old life died with Messiah Yahusuwah and your new life is kept with Messiah in Elohim Yahuwah.

Colossians 2
8 See to it that nobody enslaves you with philosophy and foolish deception, which conform to human traditions and the way the world thinks and acts rather than Messiah.
16 So don’t let anyone judge you about eating or drinking or about a festival, a new moon observance, or sabbaths.
17 These religious practices are only a shadow of what was coming—the body that cast the shadow is Christ.

Colossians 2
8 Don’t let anyone fool you by means of Jewish gnosis [laws and philosophy] and deception. These arguments may sound wise, but they are only human teachings. They come from the powers of this world and not from Christ.

Romans 14
5 One person decides that one day is holier than another. Another person decides that all days are the same. Every person must make his own decision.

Romans 14
5 One person prefers one day above another; another prefers every day alike. Let each be fully convinced in his own mind.
6 He who observes the day, observes it to the Lord; and he who does not observe the day, to the Lord he does not observe it. He who eats [meat], eats for the Lord, for he thanks Father in Heaven; and he who does not eat [meat], for the Lord he does not eat, and thanks Father in Heaven.

Acts 5
27 When they had brought them, they stood them before the council, and the high priest questioned them, 28 saying, “We gave you strict orders not to teach [Christianity] in this name. Look, you have filled Jerusalem with your [Christian] teaching, and you intend to bring this man’s blood on us!”
29 But Peter and the apostles replied, “We must obey Father in Heaven rather than people.
30 The Almighty Creator of our forefathers raised up Yahusuwah, whom you seized and killed by hanging him on a tree. 31 Father in Heaven exalted him to his right hand as Leader and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.
32 And we are witnesses of these events, and so is the Holy Spirit whom Father in Heaven has given to those who obey him.”
33 Now when they heard this, they became furious and wanted to execute them.
34 But a Pharisee whose name was Gamaliel, a teacher of the law who was respected by all the people, stood up in the council and ordered the men to be put outside for a short time.
35 Then he said to the council, “Men of Israel, pay close attention to what you are about to do to these men.
36 For some time ago Theudas rose up, claiming to be somebody, and about four hundred men joined him. He was killed, and all who followed him were dispersed and nothing came of it.
37 After him Judas the Galilean arose in the days of the census, and incited people to follow him in revolt. He too was killed, and all who followed him were scattered.
38 So in this case I say to you, stay away from these men [Christians] and leave them alone, because if this plan or this undertaking originates with people, it will come to nothing,
39 but if it is from Almighty, you will not be able to stop them, or you may even be found fighting against Almighty.” He convinced them,
40 and they summoned the apostles and had them beaten. Then they ordered them not to speak
in the name of Messiah and released them.
41 So they [Christians] left the council rejoicing because they had been considered worthy to suffer dishonor for the sake of the name.
42 And every day both in the temple courts and from house to house, they did not stop teaching [Christianity] and proclaiming the good news that Yahusuwah was the Messiah.g [Christianity] and
proclaiming the good news that Yahusuwah was the Messiah.
