Mongolia is known for its high per capita meat consumption and low per capita vegetable/fruit consumption. Mongolia has low diabetes rate, breast cancer rate and colon cancer rate, that country has longer life span than India, the country with world's largest vegan/vegetarian population.
The meat eaten in Mongolia is mostly from buffalo-like animal called Yak. Yaks are raised free range and feed on wild grass, their meat is much healthier than the commercial meats produced by factory farms in the United States for example.
Colon cancer rate, breast cancer rate and diabetes rate in Mongolia are among the lowest in the world! It's true that Mongolians have high rate of heart disease and lung cancer, that's due to heavily polluted air in the capital city where half of the Mongolia population lives, Mongolians burn coal as their main source of fire for cooking and heat for homes. Mongolians living on open wild grassland are very healthy despite they eat tons of yak meat and little vegetables and fruits.
Comparing Mongolia to India, a country with world's largest vegan/vegetarian population, Mongolians eat much more meat and a lot less produce, but they have lower diabetes rate, breast cancer rate and colon cancer rate, furthermore the Mongolians live longer than people in India.

Mongolians consume more milk, meat, animal fat per capita than India and world average. Mongolians consume less vegetables and fruits than India and world average, but Mongolians have lower colon cancer rate, breast cancer rate and diabetes rate. These proof meat and milk don't cause colon cancer, breast cancer and diabetes.

Drinking milk doesn't cause cancer or breast cancer. Mongolia's per capita milk consumption is almost double that in India which is known for its world largest vegetarian population, but India's breast cancer rate is almost 3 times that in Mongolia!
Here is the reason for much lower breast cancer rate in Mongolia despite its per capita milk consumption is almost double that in India, the type of milk in Mongolia is from mostly Yaks, a buffalo like animal that graze on free range wild grassland, not the commercial produced cheap quality milk sold in India. This is why people must drink only organic NOT-homogenized milk from free range grass fed milk cows, the way nature designed.
